Terms Of Service ( T.O.S )
These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at niobux.
When registering at niobux, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.
1. USER ACCOUNT:
1.2. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
1.3. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.
1.4. As your password must be kept secret from others. Keep it safe is your responsibility, we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.
1.5. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment processor accounts which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.6. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.7. You are allowed one account per IP address or household within a 24 hours period. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.8. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.9. niobux will not modify user account information based on user request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.10.Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOUR:
2.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
2.2. You can post in the forums after completing the registration process and logging in.
2.3. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or niobux staff.
2.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
2.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
2.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against niobux and / or niobux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
2.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to niobux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.
2.8. All inquiries must be submitted through a Support Ticket. But before sending a Support Ticket please read the FAQ, TOS and our Forum, as your answer might be in there. If you send us a Support Ticket, we will reply you within 3 business days.
3.1. You may refer as many people as you want according to your membership.
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you.
3.4. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. If this limit is reached, new direct referrals will be registered with no upline.
3.5. You need to click at least 4 advertisements everyday in order to receive referral earnings the following day.
3.6. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
3.7. Referrals can be suspended if they violate our TOS, and their accounts will be reset due to inactivity for more than 1 month ( 30 days )
4.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
4.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses niobux's name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
4.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
4.4. Target URL of your advertisement and Image/Banner URL must begin with https://
5. PAID TO SIGNUP OFFERS:
5.1. Advertisers who falsely reject members will be banned for cheating.
5.2. It is up to the advertiser to reject someone who did not complete the signup offer within seven days. If the advertiser doesn't reject someone who didn't complete an offer within 30 days, it will be auto-approved. If this happens, we can not refund money.
6. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY:
6.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
6.2. We will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
6.3. You can't use any software that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.
6.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
6.5. Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be cancelled.
7. PAYMENTS TO USERS:
7.1. All payments will be made via available payment processors like PayPal, Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin, SolidTrustPay, Advcash, Skrill, Neteller, AirTM, Coin2Send and Payoneer MasterCard. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
7.2. All authorized payments will be made instantly or manually within 7 business days after being requested.
We notify that:
- we give priority to the members who purchased funds (by upgrading or by adding funds).
- we allow members to withdraw with the same processors that made deposits.
- you must be active everyday in the last 7 days.
7.3. The money will be sent directly to the account that is associated with the same email as your account. Your payment processor account needs to be verified.
7.4. The minimum payout amount is set at as shown in the Upgrade Page. A fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
7.5. You can only request one payment at a time. You need to reach the minimum payout and your clicks must be greater than 100 in order to get paid.
7.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
7.7. You must have a correct and existing payment processor email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be cancelled. To have your payment sent by PayPal, be sure to have a PayPal account in a country whose accounts can receive money by PayPal and log in from one of those countries.
7.8. Users must accept the payments made to their PayPal accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment cancelled and it will not be refunded.
7.9. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
7.10. If you have received a payout, you are required to upload the payment proof (screenshot) and to post this payment proof (screenshot) in the forum at Payment Proofs Section, in order to receive your next payout.
8. PAYMENTS TO niobux:
8.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the Account of niobux. No other method of payment will be accepted. Direct manual transfers to niobux's PayPal, Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin, SolidTrustPay, Advcash, Skrill, Neteller, Coin2Send , AirTM and Payoneer MasterCard; or any payment processor accounts will not be refunded.
8.2. All payments are non-refundable.
8.3. Payments made to niobux do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account, with the exception of PayPal. All payments made through PayPal must be made from verified accounts. If the PayPal account is not verified, the payment will be denied and the amount refunded to you.
8.4. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
8.5. Paypal considers Revenue Shares (NioShares) as a risky business and for this reason you must not purchase Ad Packs with PayPal; but you can purchase with the other payment processors Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin, SolidTrustPay, Advcash, Skrill, Neteller, AirTM, Coin2Send and Payoneer MasterCard.
9.1. All purchased items are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered upon purchase. We document records of all orders, transactions and ip addresses. We also make the terms of service visible within every page of the website. Should you have any issue with any of your purchases, you can contact our support by creating a support ticket.
9.2. In case user opens dispute for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and your ip being banned on the server. PayPal purchase protection is not applied for intangible items or virtual goods according to 13.3 of their user agreement.
10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS AND SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS:
10.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
10.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
10.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
10.4. After 30 days of inactivity from signup date or from last login, all your balances will be forfeited and reset to zero. All referrals (Direct and Rented) will be taken away also.
10.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
11.1. niobux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to niobux and therefore beyond our control.
11.2. niobux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others any time and without any notice.
11.3. niobux will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
11.4. niobux is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
